Modification/Cover-Ups

Typically in the tattoo world to get a “cover-up” you are looking at a much larger denser, darker tattoo then you originally have. This is because the artist has no choice but to concentrate the ink in the area of the original tattoo and work off of it from there. Laser tattoo removal and “modification” is a great way to get a beautiful tattoo that doesn’t sacrifice what you want, and doesn’t cost as much as getting complete removal. For most people we suggest 2-4 laser sessions with 6 to 8 weeks in between.

This client did one session on the whole piece, a second session on half (where the ink was denser.!) Then waited 10 weeks before she got this beautiful tattoo.
